Senior Interactive Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create unique, original, concept-driven, inspiring creative that match user expectations and are on budget
• Develop/Produce display-level code, including standards-compliant XHTML and CSS.
• Design, develop and implement interactive media elements such as animations, videos and audio
• Work closely with design teams supporting Client and Internal projects
• Demonstrate high standards of workmanship, attention to detail and adherence to company process and industry standards/best practices
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience (preferably agency and interactive work)
• BFA/BS/BA Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or closely related field
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
• Strong understanding of Internet technologies and is able to communicate with UX & Development teams
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CS including Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
• Driven to define the look and feel of large, industry-leading sites.
• Remains current on creative trends as well as the latest techniques/technologies that help to drive cutting-edge creative.
• Self-motivated, driven; ability to work independently
• Good communications skills; ability to interface with clients as-needed
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
